Helping you find the right care

Later Life Matters Limited offer an Independent Care Advice service - we provide help and support in finding suitable care for you or your loved ones, whether this is provided by a Care Home (with our without nursing) or within your own home (also known as “domiciliary care”).

As per of our Independent Care Advice Service we will: -
•  listen to your individual needs and help determine your priorities
•  assess your personal care requirements
•  provide suitable advice and information on appropriate care options
•  help you select the best care option for you
•  provide ongoing monitoring and Care Plan Review & Advocacy services
•  provide advice and recommendation on financial aspects of paying for care
•  provide advice and assistance regarding eligibility for State Benefits such as Attendance Allowance

We are truly independent and our recommendations will reflect this.  We are not tied to any particular health organisation and do not receive commissions from the care agencies or residential care homes that we may recommend to you.  This ensures that our advice remains professional and unbiased at all times.

Our consultants are also fully qualified to provide advice regarding the financial aspects of care such as how it is paid for – whether from your own resources, the Local Authority (Social Services), NHS benefits or a combination of them all.

Later Life Matters can also ensure you are receiving any State Benefits that you may be entitled to and provide guidance through any other financial support that you may eligible for such as loans or grants. We are also fully qualified to advise on releasing equity from your property, which may provide a funding route that you had maybe not considered.
